Job Description

    • This role provides the first point of personal contact with the present / potential customers (internal / external) and handles the cash related transactions of such customers. 
    • This role also processes customer’s instructions with respect to drafts, remittances and exchange. 
    • Competencies which deliver courteous and informed treatment of customers need to be combined with general understanding of the organization’s products/services and other background knowledge for providing simple services directly. 
    • Thorough knowledge of products and related delivery procedures are a pre-requisite.
    • Accepting retail and/or commercial deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and giving customers their receipts.
    • Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts.
    • Maintain strict control of confidential documents / secured negotiable items / customer & bank records to prevent loss or misuse. 
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
    • 1-3 years experience in banking retail
    • Cash counting and record management
    • Sound knowledge of FX rates and currency conversions
    • Exposure and excellent working knowledge on computers 
    • Fluent in English (read/write/speak). Arabic language will be an added advantage
