Job Description

    • Execute end to end service processes related to account opening, Cheque Book, ATM and Welcome pack delivery.
    • Execute processes in sales, service and delivery in accordance with established policies. This includes cheque return process, inactive / dormant letters, ID expiry tracking and account closures.
    • Assist customers in effective service and problem resolutions. 
    • Regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required while ensuring prompt resolution. Work towards ensuring customer retention.
    • Promote and cross sell Bank’s products to the customers. Generate product leads from walk-in/ potential customers through interaction and dissemination of product and service information.
    • Ensure quality and completeness of AML / KYC information on customers in the account opening process.  
    • Maintain zero error rate on CADD / CTP / Checklist documentation. 
    • Adhere to all policies, guidelines and service standards as prescribed by Head Office. 
    • Adhere to the banks AML / KYC policy, escalate and report suspicious transactions. 
    • Have full knowledge / awareness of all products, service, policy and processes regarding the bank. 
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
    • 2-4 years work experience
    • Awareness of banking products and transactional banking
    • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of all products
    • Exposure and excellent working knowledge on computers 
    • Fluent in English (read/write/speak). Arabic language will be an added advantage
