Senior Associate Consultant
• Sourcing candidates to clients using / searching database, advertising and head hunting.
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates through the website and networking, managing multiple researches of different levels, conducting phone interviewing and pre-screens to assess candidates, posting and managing board postings.
• Sourcing of candidates through internet job boards, as well as performing cold calls in sourcing passive candidates.
• Head hunting calls across different parts of the world.

HR Assitant/Temporary Personnel Clerk
Assists in posting vacancy requirements, set-up venue for testing, checks requirements of examinees, prepares, photocopies and assists in conducting testing. Checks test papers and summarize results accordingly.
Assists in conducting initial interview to qualified applicants who passed the examinations given: Arranges schedules from initial interview up to final interview. Gives pre-employment requirements to qualified applicants. Prepares memorandum for 15-days training.
Assists in preparing appointment papers, job description, 201 file and individual training files of employees and assigns identification cards (ID) numbers.
Assists the Personnel Clerk in updating the data bank for applicants and training files of employees.
Types ADBs, receiving reports, SSS documents for newly hired employees and other typing jobs.
